These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the KinTech Founder Series: Build With Me waitlist, operated by KinTech, LLC. By joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

What You're Joining

The KinTech Founder Series: Build With Me waitlist is a free interest list for individuals who want to:

  • Be notified when cohort registration opens
  • Receive early access to program information
  • Get updates about the program curriculum and schedule
Important: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission to the program, create any obligations, or establish any contractual relationship. It's simply a way to stay informed about the program.

No Cost, No Commitment

The waitlist is completely free. There is no obligation to:

  • Apply to the program when registration opens
  • Remain on the waitlist
  • Respond to our communications
  • Provide any information beyond your email address

By joining, you agree that we may send you:

  • Registration Announcements: When cohort applications open
  • Program Updates: Information about curriculum, instructors, and schedule
  • Early Access Notifications: Priority access to registration for waitlist members

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can leave the waitlist at any time.

Changes to These Terms

When the Program Launches

These Terms apply only to the waitlist. When you apply to or enroll in the program, different Terms of Service will apply. You'll have the opportunity to review and accept those terms before submitting an application or enrolling.

Transition: When registration opens, waitlist members will receive priority notification and early access to apply. At that time, you'll need to complete an application and, if accepted, agree to the full Terms and Conditions.

Program Admission

Being on the waitlist does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Admission decisions will be based on:

  • Application completeness and quality
  • Alignment with program goals
  • Commitment to completing the 6-month program
  • Cohort capacity and timing
